This mango apple banana smoothie is one of my favorite breakfast smoothies. It is so simple, with only 4 ingredients: mango, apple, banana and water. No extra sweetener is needed, since all three fruits have plenty of natural sugar. The water gets things moving, while the frozen mango chunks and banana adds a nice, thick and creamy consistency.

To celebrate summers arrival, I used up some strawberries I had in my refrigerator to make this refreshing strawberry lime spritzer. I love mixing fruit juice with carbonated drinks, such as mineral water, ginger ale or club soda. Enjoy this beverage with any meal – it works well as an outdoor BBQ drink or dressed up for a fancier setting. I like to make this on the 4th of July.

There is something about sparkling drinks that make them more sophisticated than other drinks. If you add sparkling water to any plain juice, it magically transforms into a fancy drink. In this non-alcoholic spritzer, sparkling water is mixed with pomegranate juice and lime juice in the Magic Bullet blender, and infused with mint, lime wedges and fresh pomegranate seeds. These flavors combined with carbonation create a refreshing drink suitable for any special occasion.

Carrot-Juice-1

Most store-bought carrot juices are full of sugar and flavors that compete with the carrot’s natural health benefits and taste – the flavor of which is strong and delicious enough to stand alone in a simple juice.

With help from the Magic Bullet, this recipe blends a handful of chopped or baby carrots with water to make a light and extraordinarily healthy drink that’ll pack your body with vitamins and energy. I’ve used a nut milk bag to filter the shredded pulp out of the juice, but feel free to add some of that in if you like the texture!

I realized that we’ve been having the same few drinks over and over for dinner, lately – BORING! Finally, one night, I decided to get creative with some sparkling water, blackberries, lime, basil and my Magic Bullet. I call it the Blackberry Basil Spritzer! Okay, so I guess it isn’t really a true spritzer since this is a non-alcoholic beverage, but it’s just as refreshing!

The blackberries give it a nice fruity taste that’s not too sweet, while the basil adds a unique dimension of flavor that your taste buds will love. This drink can’t sit around too long or the fizz will disappear, so the Magic Bullet is nice to have on hand to whip one up when you want a fresh one!
